Dr. Oz knew what to do when a fellow passenger at the airport suffered a heart attack, but do you? The famous TV heart surgeon performed CPR on the 60-year-old man who had collapsed, was unresponsive and foaming at the mouth. If you’re prepared and know what to do, you too could save someone’s life. After calling 911, immediately begin administering chest compressions. Health experts say the best way to maintain a consistent beat of 120 pumps per minute is to pump to the tune of “Stayin’ Alive." #InsideEdition

they should teach this type of stuff in school instead of something that’s going to be useless

This should be taught in all schools. It’s a crucial life saving skill.

If people actually sing staying alive, they would be seen as a maniac.

As a New York cerified paramedic who has preformed CPR numerous times including a CPR save I have 2 criticisms about this video 1 the mouth to mouth rescue breathing was removed by the AHA in there 2015 update and nothing to do with COVID 19 . Mouth to mouth was found to be ineffective and unnecessary and just caused a barrier to bystanders willing to initiate CPR. 2 while demonstrating chest compressions the instructor had his hands flat on the chest where as in fact the correct hand position is with the heal of palm again the chest with fingers up away from the body (this also removes any potential of inappropriate touching) .However I do appreciate and agree with the general concept that everybody should be CPR trained

I remember a story of a teenaged boy recently was choking on his food during lunch and only one boy knew CPR and saved the kids life. I honestly think this should be a mandatory class to take when you're in high school. But the SAD part about this is HS doesn't teach you CPR courses. That needs to change.

I wished people knew how to do CPR better when I had my heart attack (coronary thrombosis) in 1933
