In 1987 i was stationed at Fort Ord CA. For the 4th of July Greg Kihn played a free concert at the Army base. Great memories!!! RIP Greg👏👍✝️🎸

rip greg kihn. i remember when greg was the morning dj on kfox in san jose and him and his son, ry playing lead, was were working on this song, ''thunder road'', for a bruce springsteen album, of some sort. it came out pretty good. i listen to his version often. he also mad a famous cameo appearance on weird al's version of ''i lost on jeopardy'' video.
