JLew NEEDED game 1, it was obvious he couldn’t win the stamina battle, so when he lost the one game he had fresh legs and was actually killing it, it was over. Insane performance anyway, went toe to toe with a pro. Nothing but respect

They may be equally skilled but Trey got that professional CONDITIONING.

Once bro put all of his heart into why he was there and other dude was like "That's cool, I'm just here to have fun." I knew it was over.

Jlew don't got a bag, dude got a whole tool shed. Just needed that first game. Trey really showed that professional conditioning and calmness.

there is a very stark difference. consistency and shot making. JLew eventually wasnt able to get to the spots on the floor that he wanted to get to. he couldnt stop Trey from getting to the spots that he wanted to get to. Trey's ability stay locked in on pull ups and knock them down in rhythm, from distance at that, was years of professional training on display. pros are pros for a reason.

This is a great video to show the difference between pros and none pros. Having great conditioning, being able to hit shots while tired and playing D while tired is some really important shit to get to that next level.

Love Jlew energy and demeanor…. Not trash talking, no excuse…. Just ball

“I’m closer to Lebron than you are to me.”

It’s really levels. You can also tell the pro is not going 100% in this exhibition. That’s the scary part.

I think top priorities for JLew are his stamina/fitness and a reliable jump shot. When Jlew is fresh, almost nobody can guard him on the scene. Some of the best, legit and legal handles on YT period and can get to the rim at will. But those moves also come with a price - they cost a ton of energy. And once your legs are sapped, your bag becomes alot more shallow. JLew is built like a precision fighter who has to finish a fight in the first 1-2 rounds. Going the distance is not really an option atm because he just doesn't have a big enough gas tank. Trey, on the other hand, looks like just a well-seasoned, poised veteran. His stamina is elite - his offensive moves and defense do not seem to have a drop off rate as time passes. He gets to his spots and takes shots he's comfortable with. Has fluid 3 point range which allows him to conserve energy. Definitely LEVELs to this. You can tell why this bro has been in the league. Pros are just built different.

stamina difference between pros and the best non-pro hoopers is insane man. that was the real divide in the second game

If I was Jleww I wouldn’t be mad at this, he stood his ground on someone with years of high level experience on him. I’m impressed!💪 💯

I fw Trey, seems like a genuine cool dude and he can really hoop too! Man's got game and a burner! Loved the mature take from Jlew at the end, you'll come back stronger we know you will! Great game, battle of the LEWIS!!

Oh and another thing, Trey had no fear of losing this matchup. Confidence was showing throughout.

Love this Lew vs Lew 1v1. Always great to watch Jordan play. Trey showed his experience and hit some great contested shots off the dribble.
Not sure what Friga’s game plan regarding Trey is but it might be good to see Trey join the team. He could help take them to the next level.

I feel like Jlew was definitely fouling as well, he had a few intentionally ones. The only difference was that Trey was able to finish thru that contact.

I just want to send a SUPER SHOUT OUT to my fellow alumni FRIGA! I played ball at Mount Union College. I started at point guard. 1985-89. Football was king then. It brings back memories looking at that court. We weren’t that good but I only have fond memories of my time there.

Keep up the good work!

Trey just hitting some TOUGH shots. J doing damn near everything he could but Trey just kept hitting it, gotta respect it.
