I personally think if you can’t buy it you should work there at least 1 day a week . The hobby needs younger people & exspecially young women it brakes the old boys club . IPMS does not promote the hobby like it should . Love the pink shoes keep up the great work . 👍

Nobody can afford to buy into a fickle business like modeling in this economy, especially with real estate prices and interest rates right now. It’s sad, but no business owners with any business acumen would buy a hobby shop in California of all places. On top of interest rates, the tax burden is insane. It worked for the owner because he probably paid is mortgage long before the state went absolutely batshit left wing nutso.

Anyone dumb enough to buy the business would run it into the ground.

But im sure you know that, because if it could possibly be a successful business venture for a new owner, you would probably buy it yourself
