The Kochi Biennale Foundation is extremely pleased to have Brinda Karat at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale 2022-23.
Brinda Karat, Indian politician and former member of Rajya Sabha was the first woman who became a member of the CPI(M) Politburo in 2005. From 1993 to 2004, she also served as the general secretary of the All India Democratic Women’s Association (AIDWA).
