My belly had some fat and I want to get a six pack. So I do plank ten times a day, 60 seconds each time. Since I am doing planks ten times a day and 60 seconds each time, it is a total of 600 seconds plank a day.
On Day 3, a thin six pack appears. So I keep doing plank.
On Day 7, I really got a six pack.
