Great resource, it is a big help! I think you are missing some of the parts of this chapter:

Logistic Regression and Maximum Likelihood (9:07)
Multivariate Logistic Regression and Confounding (9:53)
Univariate Linear Discriminant Analysis (7:37)
Quadratic Discriminant Analysis and Naive Bayes (10:07)

These seems to be missing. It can also be seen on the numbering of slides, as part one ends on slide 5 and part 2 starts on slide 16...
