Why I Bought Devon Energy Stock ($DVN)

In this video, I explain why I bought Devon Energy stock back in January. I wasn't planning on making a public video on Devon, but since someone requested it, I figured I would explain my thinking on it. (At one point I refer to 2022 as 2002. It's pretty obvious I was referring to 2022, though :))

SOLD MY DVN.. Thank Goodness, On A Rebound To $43.24. Had a 200K Paper Loss.
Basically Broke Even, But Picked Up A $16, 000 + Dividend Check. EXTREMELY LUCKY..
Re Bought Today 10/23. 38, 000 shares at $39.51/share. ROLLING The Dice Again.

Hey.. I've Been Talking with ya about DG stock..
I Took the PLUNGE on the selloff today 9/3/24, and Bought 37, 000 shares of DVN
$43.19/SHARE. Closed Lower, But I LOVE DVN At These Prices....

I kinda feel like buying this, but some very influential person might lift some energy santions somewhere, at wich time it may be an even better buy. As a dutch national i am inclined to buy shell, but shell does not seem to want to go down at all.
