The little clip by the seaside was actually filmed in Lytham St Anne's although it does have the Blackpool Tower in view, that is superimposed into the scene. The pier in the background is St Anne's pier

Una chica de pueblo, que gana el concurso de belleza de su localidad ve la luz en el momento en que le ponen la corona en la cabeza. "Yo soy algo más que una cara bonita". ¿Por qué eres algo más? ¿Acaso eres licenciada en medicina, ingeniería, derecho o filología rusa? "siento que la vida me tiene reservado algo mejor". Y de trabajar haciendo caramelos se va a la capital a trabajar de dependienta. Obviamente le han dado el trabajo por su imagen, pero ella sigue creyendo que es porque la vida le tiene reservado algo mejor. Obviamente le abren todas la puertas por su belleza pero no, es que la vida le tiene reservado algo mejor. Ya estoy demasiado mayor para estos cuentos. Seguramente la chica acabará teniendo muchísimo éxito y nos lo venderán como si fuera lo normal. ¡Venga chicas, no leáis un libro!
