You have to disable Windows 11 S-Mode in order to actually install Chrome, otherwise you can't install any non-windows store apps Some laptops, with a little help from not knowing what S-Mode is will allow you to use your laptop in S-Mode, not safe mode, just windows way of simplifying your life while limiting your ability to use anything but apps people pay Microsoft to push. Once you do that, you don't need these tutorials because the installer works like it has for a decade. People come here because their S-Mode is on. Or...at least I did.
