SPONSOR/EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS:
- IELTS A2 or B1 test certificate
OR
- UK NARIC for a degree taught in an English speaking country

Uk Naric is now called UK ENIC and let’s say your husband has a bachelors degree from his home country you then send that to UK ENIC and they let you know if it’s considered comparable to a Uk bachelor degree standard or not. I sent my degree from UNI and they issued me a UK ENIC which is good is you want to apply for a job that asks for certain qualifications

I Remember that if for the first time you could prove you had could speak English B2 + level then you don’t have to do it again. I sent my C1 IELTS so next time I don’t have to take any exams

Hai sister! I have come to UK on a fiancee visa valid for 6 months which expires this May 2021. My TB test report expired in Dec 2020. I am about to apply for UK spouse visa from INSIDE uk ...do I need to take a TB test again? If so kindly let me know where can I take that test?

Im assuming if you have a degree that is taught in english you dont need to do IELTS. How are we to provide evidence of this? a photocopy of my degree?

Hi ruks .. i already got a uk Naric certificate which i use for my initial application 2.6 years ago . Now im due for an extension can i use the same UK Naric certificate to apply for the extension ..

I was just wondering if you could give me some advice about my sisters visa too? Her visa went to appeal and after a court hearing the judge did respond to case in our favour alhamdulillah. The judge responded on the 12th of Jan. But the home office said nothing since then.. is it too soon or do you think we should try to contact them? If so then how? I cant seem to find anything.. thank you x
