Your explanation is halfway and it will open emulator but you should tell how to connect to VS Code and you should show connecting and displaying info on emulator.

But I know I had created two Virtual devices in Android Studio and it's still showing two of them in Virtual Device manager.

My appdata folder has no file name of Android 😢

I create a new project (Cntl-Shift-P or via the command-line: flutter create newproj), followed by,
flutter pub get

Yet when I try to select an android device, it always fails (timeout) trying to connect. I've tried everything, even installing Android Studio and cloning phones in the Virtual Device Manager.. no luck. Flutter doctor shows everything green.

Is there a way to connect an actual android device (developer option enabled) instead of trying to run an emulator that can't seem to ever connect?
