You dont need to click on „strech“, just click on a corner point and strech it…

Also, if you have BOLD marquee selected, it will stretch all floors. If you have the light marquee, you affect only what you see.

You don't need to go to menu to stretch it. Just click within the marquee and move the distance you want.
