🔴~Basic Machine Parts
1. Conveyor:
• This is required to move the bottles.
• Machine direction will be left to right

2. Spacer:
• This unit is required to maintain the space between two bottles so labelling will be effective.
3. Wraparound Unit
• This unit wrap the label around the bottle
4. Labelling Head:
• This is the heart of the machine. Actual labelling head will be designed for maximum label height of 100mm
5. Sensor
• Product sensor: required to detect the product and send the signal to PLC
• Label sensor: detect the gap between two labels and accordingly help to dispense the label
