Here's how she danced while running on a treadmill: It's all about the timing of her upper body dance moves and the timing of her legs running. You can see that she is running on beat, which makes it easier to dance while running at the speed she is. Since she is mainly moving her arms, hands, and fingers (and knows the upper body choreography), performing the upper body choreography is very easy no matter what her lower body is doing. And if you're concerned that she might lose focus and fall, she won't because she's making her lower body run to the beat of the music (running to the beat of a song makes running feel easier, no matter how fast you're going).
