To everyone asking how she seasoned it, she answered this 3 years ago in a comment: “Just on the stovetop. I use grapeseed oil, heat it up piping hot and then begin using the thinnest possible layer of oil rubbed onto it and decrease to about a medium to medium-high flame. Let it smoke off, and repeat the whole thing over and over again.
In this pan's case, it was repeated about
11-12 times. The key is to adjust to heat efficiently; hot enough to smoke off the oil but not hot enough to just burn and burn, or warp.”

Are you using a metal spatula? Seems that would scratch the surface vs a silicone one.
