Mòrag kneeling down and finally being a little soft is what really broke me.

“Chum, when are you gonna quite being a baby?.... She’s the girl you love... you’ve got to accept her That’s what being an adult means!”

Most impactful line in the entire game!!!

The way this song builds into The Tomorrow With You always brings me to tears.

Okay. Mòrag has earned all of my respect throughout the entire game.

This uses the melody from "A Faint Hope" and I love it as Rex... has a faint hope that Pneuma can still go with them

"Video game music isn't real music" video game music is the REALIST music.

This cutscene had hit me pretty hard the first time I watched. The worst part of it all was that I had a feeling that this would happen which deepened the impact.

Yeah this is definitely when that person wants to get across the gap.

2:27 The way Nia nods to Rex, as if telling him that she's grieving all the same.... But she knows there's nothing else to do.... All they can do is try to keep living.

1:00 and onward is my favorite part, there’s something so beautiful about Gramps pleading to Rex to let Pyra go, and the strings that come in sort of represent the tension pertaining to Rex’s reluctance to do so

This remember that scene perfectly. I was in tears. Xenoblade games know how to make you cry.

This whole ending cutscene was the saddest thing I’ve ever watched. Not just because of the music, what was happening, or the (temporary) parting of the Aegis, but also because I’ve been there. I’ve lost the woman I dearly loved. She didn’t die, but I never saw her again. It reminded me too much of that parting. I was so happy to see them return as separate entities. I went from tears of sadness to tears of joy just like THAT. I love this game, and it’s story

This arrangement is so beautiful and sad. 1:13 gets me every time.
