7.5 is quite more for this level of english. In actual test, similar level of english would get about 6 to 6.5, if examiner is more generous.

7.5 band for speaking isn't worth for this type of English

Overall, his speaking is good, but I doubt he would score 7.5.
Some of the negative aspects of the test taker:
- Not very fluent (uses fillers like "you know", umm, etc. frequently)
- Doesn't sound natural ( uses "honestly speaking" several times instead of using colloquial phrases)
- Doesn't vary his intonation much
- Minor grammar mistakes ("one of the ..")
- Used "late bloomer" inappropriately

(P.S: I didn't watch part 3 of his speaking)

My evaluation:
FC: 7.0  Grammar: 7.0 Pronunciation: 7.0 Vocabulary: 8.0

Overall, he could score 7.0

He is speaking fluently but I don't think he could get even 7 at speaking
