I would not be surprised if this becomes a 4-5... The NOAA notoriously underestimates strength. The gulf waters are so hot right now. I live on Indian Rocks Beach. The Tampa Bay has been far too lucky.

When they recorded 101 degree water temperatures in Florida a month ago... I knew that Hurricane season was going to be devastating for them this year. People keep moving to Florida and they can't get home insurance for this reason and they have to rebuild every few years. People are insane for moving there!
