i play every mode in this game, pro clubs the most, then career mode, then ultimate team. and oh boy its a sliding scale of enjoyment. Pro clubs is like peak fun, most fun I have gaming, career mode is cool, and i like it a lot. Ultimate team is an unbridled cancer that i can't handle but am slightly addicted to.

Remember when left stick dribbling was a thing? Remember when you didn’t have 4 different button combinations that all do a different type of dribbling? Remember when your players dribbling stat, WAS HOW GOOD THEIR DRIBBLING WAS?
That’s my biggest problem with recent FIFA’s. We all used to love jumping on fifa, versing a mate and breaking their ankles. You can’t do this in any of the new ones. It’s slow, boring, build up, build up, build up, pass back to my CB, pass to my GK, pass to my CB. ITS A FUCKING NIGHTMARE.

Everyone needs to stop acting like they can’t fix the gameplay… they can. All they need to do is remove DDA. DDA causes 99% of the problems, anyone who is half decent at the game can feel their team affected by it so I know these top creators can feel it. These creators need to speak up about it more this would actually be a good game without it. Losing 2, 3, and 4 goal leads in the second half to a terrible opponent because the game is nerfing my team into the ground is unacceptable.

The problem is there’s a crowd of people who believe it’s a good game… it’s simply not. The focus on realism is what’s ruining the game as a whole. EA needs to return to the roots with their terrible gameplay and fix it. I got 10-5 in WL this week in division 1 but my god. We have static passing, terrible dribbling… terrible rebounds, being forced to use green-timed trivelas, and green timed finesses is ass. Also 45 points for advanced rewards in rivals is senseless, we have lives outside of this video game. The whole gameplay experience is just a deterrent from continuing to play. The only good mode is Rush but playing with randoms is like playing with ppl without brain cells. Also it’s just going to be a neglected game mode after a few months. It’s bizarre man

last year was kinda it for me on ultimate team, i spent most of last game playing clubs and career mode from novemeber to the release of fc25, i tried to get back into ut because i loved it in 20, 21, 22 and was an elite division player back then. i've played atleast 20 games of rivals and am nearly division 4 and haven't lost a game but i get zero enjoyment out of the wins because there is no way to score other than green timed headers. i am a very consisitant at green timing shots well i was in fc24 now i struggle to even green time a couple times a game other than corners. i play on playstation with wired connection and i never get good gameplay i even packed son from my rivals rewards but i can't get any enjoyment out of the card because the gameplay is just so unenjoyable. the game over the last year has gone in a more realistic direction but its done nothing but make the gameplay slower/way more unresponsive and delayed.i can't even go into a game anymore being confident i'm gonna be better than someone because im worried the gameplay could be so slow you never know what you're going to get. the game 3 years ago was not realistic one bit with how many skills u could do but now i look back at that and think those games actually took skill. these new games take zero skill other than braking mechanics because u can't win any other way and its not fun or enjoyable playing one bit the first day i got the game i was trying to refund it on my ps but thats not possible and now im stuck with a game that i only play clubs or rush which is my other point. other than rush even clubs and career mode gameplay is becoming unenjoyable and is making no one want to play it. games in a really bad state at the moment but we have to come to terms that it'll never be fixed and we are just getting older. i want to enjoy all of fc because im a huge football fan and watch games all the time but this game is not and will never be a football game when its not balanced.
