iOS App Store is the only place I've seen subscription model for apps like calculators

that reply from Google 'will you ever leave me again?' and Pratik's return reply 'No, not a chance or maybe...' 😂

*I understand the dilemma, * after spending so much on the iPhone's it becomes hard to look at it's shortcomings....you want to justify your purchase in the end.
You just fix it in your mind that it's the best phone in the world, flex it around and pat yourself. *Deep inside you know you've fallen into a marketing trap of a status symbol.* But you keep telling your mind it's the best decision you've made, necessary to increase your productivity and work-flow...along those lines.
Deep inside you know Android is more productive as it's less restrictive, you know you could transfer files faster with a usb type-c cable but you want to look cool with Air-drop.
You try to overlook the Samsung flagships unless Apple introduces those same features 2 years down the line.
*You fall for the Apple eco-system which you don't have and slowly spend a lac on macbook and 50k on an Apple watch.*
Deep inside you know that Pin is the most secure option & Finger-print sensor Is secure enough but you still compromise with the notch for the sake of it.
Sometimes you wonder, why no reviewer ever mentioned that the back gesture isn't constant on iPhone's or how you *can't send files using bluetooth* in your iPhone or how there's so much bloatware like Apple Tv, Facetime, iMessage etc that *we don't use in India at all* (It's WhatsApp here). On a wild trip you quickly realize Apple Maps isn't as accurate & reliable in India so you pull out your dusty old Android with Google Maps and it shows you the way. Then later on you secretly install Google maps on your Iphone.
You also then install the Google Chrome as it's simply better. You appreciate the Instagram's integration on iPhone's as the reviewers told you but then you see your dusty Android friend smartly using the superior stock camera instead of the poor built-in Instagram camera for better quality. He then tells you Samsung has already integrated Instagram & even Snapchat now btw. Also, while typing phone numbers in ios dialer, you find out that names don't pull-up like on Android. You find it silly at first but then realize that iPhone's don't use a T9 dialer and nor do they have call-recording like on your dusty old Android.
*As the days pass by, you realise the file system doesn't really exist, it's for namesake.* Some of your downloads are visible only in Safari browser. You can't download movies or mp3 files directly.
Meanwhile your Android friend is bundling Apk files, using zip, rar, hiding files with single touch on Android's File manager. You secretly slide him a pen-drive for those torrent files as torrent on iPhone's simply doesn't... Ok let's not talk about it.
You immediately realize that how your Android used to talk nicely with sd-cards, cables, mouse and various Operating systems like Windows, Linux etc...not the case with ios. You see itunes app as a saviour but then you realize it's specifically designed by Apple to make a mockery out of you for doing things not permitted in strict Apple ecosystem You see your friends using Google Pay and Samsung Pay but you can't use your *Apple pay as it simply doesn't work in India.*
You suddenly realize that all the apps you ever installed on Android were mostly free, either from playstore or from the browser...no workaround as such on Apple app store, pay and get the useful stuff. You're happy about getting 5-6 years of updates but you quickly realize you don't get next year iPhone's fancy features be it Cinematic mode or Night-mode. *Meanwhile your typical Samsung gave Night mode or Single take on their budget devices with an update.* Breaking the iphone 13's screen could cost you unncessarily 25k (cuz India), so you add 2-3 screen protectors and a hefty case with a shining visIble Apple logo (that's most important). You don't talk about fast charging or your selfie camera (meh). You quickly realize that animations on Ios are smooth but it too is plagued by bugs, you surely miss how Android managed notifications. You get bored looking at the ugly icons as your beloved wallpaper is almost invisible.
To Edit your favorite photo, you can't share it from gallery to Snapseed/Lightroom, you've to open that editing app and search your pic within it. Gone are the days of using unlimited storage and Google Photos as you've just one Google Account (Ios bugs with multiple of those). *It doesn't like to copy/paste beyond text or image and it surely won't talk nicely with your android watch.* You can't move stuff, be it your Files or Icons...you just share files to other apps and save it there (let that sink in).
You appreciate the performance of the beastly Bionic chip but you quickly realise there's not much you can do with it, multi-tasking like Android's...Nope!
You absolutely love the powerful M1 chip but then you understand that Games and Editors etc still run better on Windows and the nerdy programmer's still stick to their Linux or Windows suite for better and deeper control.
You wonder why no-one talks about the Apple issues on forum's like be it reddit or quora. You certainly miss how Android community used to together raise an issue, discuss, share stuff on Android Froum's like Xda, reddit etc
*After a while, you notice you've increased your productivity as you've started spending less time with your Iphone* as it's more restrictive and nothing special has to happen now. You stop tinkering with your iPhone as it doesn't allows it...it stops all your attempts of making it your own unique phone with your taste. It prefers to be left out.
*It's like your sibling, you learn to live with it however terrible it may be.*
As the new iPhone's launch, the charm of your old iphone quickly dies out. All your friends upgrade to the new one and you feel left out & intrigued to buy the new one but now you know it's the *cycle of trap.* Out of nowhere, you see your old friend using dusty Galaxy Note 9+ but he's still paid respects in the Android community. He doesn't pretend, neither he's bothered about status symbol, in-fact he's quite reckless with his phone cuz he uses his phone *as a tool to get his things done.*
*You cheekily ask him, * "still using the dusty Galaxy Note 9+ pal?".
*To which he replies, * "I prefer to use a custom tailor-made suit instead of a generic-fit for all. Not only does it fits me perfectly, I also feel more comfortable wearing and using it."
Cheers.

Being an Indian myself, I never saw Indian channels for any tech support. BUT...I must admit, your review, is like someone keeping everything out there, from my heart, but just with a different physical presence. 😁❤️ I mean, it was an ACTUAL TRUE s**t for what Samsung (yes) is better than iOS/Apple in a lot more ways. Keep it up friend! 🙌👍

My brother after 5 years now switched to Android. We used to quarrel every time over the Android and Apple phone. There is not much difference in phones these days, but after switching he did realize that you get much more features through a mid-tier Samsung phone than the Apple.

The thing that I miss most from android is customisation.
The ability to set dope home screens with custom icons. Straightforward and way too many options.

I am an Android user since I was in college (2008), used different android models and brands throughout the years. From mid to high end units, I’m a normal user (I guess). From gaming>work related stuff to social medias. I switched to iPhone 11 running on IOS15 and I’ve been using it for a month now. All I can say is that, I’ll never go back to Android. It really depends on the person who will use and depends on what you need for a phone. So don’t buy an iPhone if you just want to try it out. Buy the phone that is compatible with you and your needs.

Tried using iPhone for a week, switched back to Android in a hurry because I felt SO stifled and restricted with iOS. Yes it's smooth, but I prefer the freedom that Android can give me. The camera was amazing though, easily the best thing about owning an iPhone

I thought this video will also consist the same old points of android vs iOS like in other tech videos but the channel is just blowing my mind. Keep growing guys, love you guys ❤️

Atleast one Tech YouTuber who doesn't thinks that upgradation = iOS.
iOS is not an upgrade, is a different ecosystem in comparison to Android. Which one is better? This is a subjective outlook.
I as am very comfortable with the vanilla simple Android, is very difficult for me to shift to any different Android skin itself, iOS is a different ground altogether.
Hope Pixel arrives in India.
One more thing, Android is good, but I don't like the Google supervision on everything. For Apple, is atleast not interested in your data, that's a good thing. But both ecosystems are so different I don't know if it actually makes sense to compare 🙃

Problems I've faced with iOS:
-Call history of just 1 week AND whatsapp calls are also added in that short list.. gosh
-The photos are not sorted in separate albums in the gallery! Even a third party app can't solve it.
-Its difficult to juggle between primary and secondary sim. HUGE BUMMER

iOS15 was actually really buggy, it's just that Apple fans pretend that they don't exist while Android gets flak for the smallest problems

Great video, Pratik! You greatly summed up the experience of most users who switch to iPhone from Android. You guys definitely deserve more subs.

When you'll switch to iPhone your life will become boring. It's secure but the fun is missing. Transferring data from Windows, customisation, good free apps - you'll miss all those. It's like iPhone is when you reach 40 and want stability but Android is like when you're in your 20s and want to have loads of fun.

I felt the same iOS 15 has a lot of bugs and who are using iOS 15 on older devices like iPhone 6s, 2016 SE, etc. its a headache some times to load normal stuff 😣 BUT getting updates for 6+ year old iPhone is a great thing

Along with Apple's own keychain (for password management), it now allows other apps to be integrated and used natively throughout the system. Microsoft Edge (browser) can now be used as an alternative to keychain and it works surprisingly well considering systemwide availability.

Overall a very polished and well made video with excellent structure and lot of different perspectives were taken into the picture. I love the way you discussed all the different perspectives and didn't just talk better about one side than the other without solid reason. I see a lot of android fanboys talking bad about iphone without any prior experience just based of what they've heard or read and you didn't just do that. You tried an iphone for 30 days and then based of off your experience made your review and it felt like you took it very seriously and were open for the operating system and the journey. Thank you for this video and i look forward to watching more videos on your channel. Until then, take care!

Very good analysis. I myself moved from Android to iPhone XR after 10 plus years. Painful is one word to describe the experience. Some of my biggest gripes -
1. Whatsapp transfer
2. Transferring files from laptop to iphone and vice versa. I also bought a macbook recently so this is not that big a problem now.
3. Subscriptions and Payments problem. Can’t buy kindle ebooks or audible audiobooks through iPhone. Basically if any app doesn’t rely on Apple pay for payment you can’t buy through iPhone.

Having said that what stands about iOS is it is almost glitch free. On best Android phones also there are frequent software glitches or crashes.

Bottom line if you are a long term Android user don’t switch to iPhone unless you want to become an iOS developer.
