Inspired from the 2016 Disney Movie - Moana about a girl her loves her island, and she loves the sea - it calls her.
I've added a little twist to give her that 'Chibi' look which is Japanese clang for a short person animated or in this case -sculpted - with exaggerated features. Just like Betty Boop.
