Lamination line for efficient cutting of "step lap" core plates.
Thanks to consistent minimisation of set-up times and high production speeds, the TBA 1000 delivers high production and throughput rates for efficient cutting of "Step Lap" core sheets.
Main technical data: 100 to 1020 mm (standard width range), Decoiler(2 or 4 mandrels, Long arm decoiler, Capstan and coil car), Max speed 240 m/min.
Tooling (all tools servo motor operated): V notch: 1 or 2, Hole punching (up to 4 fixed longitudinally, manual or CNC cross adjustable), Slot punching unit, Tip cutting shears, 2 fixed shears 45 and 45/90 or high speed swing shear, Stacking Systems: HS/T two level with pneumatic stopping system, DW/T two level, servo belts, side guides, and drawback system, STA 1-1 two level with servo belts and full length side guides, STA(2) two in-line stations with servo belts and full length side guides, STA 2-3 two level 5 station full sequence with servo belts and full length side guides, E stacker
