Furina makes this easy. Grab a saurian nearby and sit at the outer edge of the arena. Pop off the saurian and use Furina's skill, then immediately indwell. Rinse and repeat until dead.

Finally did it's 2nd achievement with my c0 Navia team, had to lower my world lvl back to 8 tho, since I didn't have furina and my arle's gear kinda scuffed. Took me days to complete, coz out of frustration sometimes I just outright kill it off anyway after multiple failed attempts 😂😂

I rather deal with my bad gacha rng then wait for this turtle to do the right attack so I can lock him up zhongli burst. lmao it always spin too early for me

I used similar thing, but with Yelan and hydro dmg buff instead of Xiangling.
First i was doing single hits just to make that purple shield indicator go up, slowly, no rush. Without wasing any bursts. By the time it was about to get the shield i stopped attacking it and it stated spinning (the shield indicator was not full, but almost full). I was running for life a bit then i decided to use Zhongli burst while it still spins, then i swapped to benny burst, yelan, burst and i started spamming him with Arlecchino. By the time his petrify wore off and he stopped spinning, he had only few seconds left before he would prepare the shield and he got KO'ed.
Took me several attempts. Was even trying cryo for freeze (yes it can be frozen) but was lacking dmg.

In the end my tip is to try using zhongli burst while it still spins (not when it start spinning just when its almost done spinning) and keep the shield indicator around 90% during that time. Hope this helps you guys.

Mine was a little bit different, but also worked (no Zhongli). I started hitting it until the bar was about to complete, then i waited for the spin attack and back to hitting it. It takes some time for it to forms the shield when the spin attack is over. When i stopped hitting before the spin attack, the HP was like 40%.

Easy tip: simply go multiplayer with ar 45- player

i did this with arlecchino, ayaka, ttds charlotte (wriothesley, klee or yanfei work too) and zhongli team
you can apply cryo with ayaka's dash therefore it doesnt count for the 34 hit limit. you change to charlotte, then arle, then melt with arle basic atk and repeat
just make sure to replenish arle's bond of life to max limit before entering the battle
i'm pretty sure this achievement was intended for mualani though

Thanks for the guide. I use Arlechino, bennet, furina, and zhongli. Also with food buff, had to try a few times to get the timing right while also hoping the turtle doesn't spin.

if you dont have zhongli, freeze may work, I have yet to try it but the turtle can infact get frozen

I used this exact method and it worked lol thanks bro!
And if you use Zhongli's burst right before this he goes into spinning state, it probably fool AI or smth, so in my case I think its less of a RNG dependent but more of a timming thing and its easy to get it right. I have noticed this thing before when I was trying to get 3rd achievment, that if he tries to do spinning atk he won't go into shield state but I had no idea that Zhongli bursts also makes his ai do it
Mine is C1R1 Arle 78:228 on atk goblet and 90:228 with crt food and Xiangling is C6 85:203 with crt food buff on a bad Pyro Goblet

i tried this on my lower level ACC and it works and yes its rng either it'll bug and bro wont spawn the shield or he'll just go and do it, but for my main I just joined my lower level ar 25 account and finished the overworld achievements
