And for employers who have 99 employees, no one has to be vaccinated but if it’s 100 employees and over, you must be vaccinated. Take notes, this is a prime example of why having too much government sucks…

Yeah, I stopped by a well known diner in the Bronx that was always bustling with business pre-covid… it was literally empty. I laughed but also felt bad because I loved eating there and I’m pretty sure they’re losing money like crazy. But I walked a few blocks down to a spot that didn’t ask for vax cards, the food was ready fast and the waiter was on point. These vaccine mandates are hurting small mom and pop businesses in the hood.

My mom wanted me, her and my two kids to go to IHOP and red lobster the other day. I said we can’t Ma we aren’t vaccinated. She was like o well n we went home n cooked. Y’all business lost money that day and plenty more. 🤷🏾‍♀️

Went to a restaurant in Brooklyn today that was normally busy with people (even during lockdown.) Requirement sets in, and today I was the only person inside during lunch hour. They didn't even ask me for proof. This mandate is really harming businesses that are already struggling enough...

Restaurants are not police and it’s a Federal Hippa law violation to ask anybody their private medical information!

It's wrong for the City to put Small Businesses in the frontline. If they are attacked and retailiate, they risk liability! If they do nothing, they risk bodily injury. If the City is adamant on this mandate, they should reward the small business. Putting small businesses at risk of bodily injury, mental burden, monetary damages, and incurring unwanted liability is criminal!
