This is very interesting, I'm still new and self learning from home. I plan on just working myself and not having techs because I live outside of a smaller college town with not much competition. I also work full time at another job, so locksmthing will be a part time gig for me until i build it up, which at this point will take a while. Very good understanding of how to motivate employees to do the right thing by picking the right things to attach income to. Also good customer service involves helping the customer get everything they need! However this whole process requires having someone who is proficient with numbers and statistical review.
