In today's video tutorial we'll learn how to install WordPress in localhost using the Wamp server in your Windows computer.
Using a local version of WordPress with WAMP will help you build and test your website, themes, and plugins before putting it online. Remember, only you or your local network (if setup) will be able to view this site.
WAMP stands for Windows, Apache, MySQL, and PHP. WampServer is a Windows hosting and web development environment. It allows you to create web applications with Apache2, PHP, and a MySQL database. WampServer also includes phpMyAdmin which allows you to easily manage your databases.

Thank you for this. But after installing Wordpress, I noticed I can't install plugins and themes from the Wordpress repository while offline, I had to be online to be able to install my plugin and the plugin does not work anytime my browsing data Is off, does it mean I can't install plugins using the WAMP server without being online?

I have a few questions, maybe I'll start with some of them ... 1) Can you create more than one Wordpress website? If so, do you have to create a database for each website you create? How do you do that? 2) Once you finalize on your localhost and want to move to a hosting server, how do you send the files, especially the database files that are on a different folder?
