When we visited Athens, we decided to park our rental car for free at Kantza Metro Station. Parking in Greece is pretty cool because people don't really care about the rules of the road much here. A you can see, people are parked on the central reserve, on both sides of the road! LOL! Our car was safe and we didn't have any problems. We did park it down a the street a little to avoid the competition and busy drop-off area.

Paiania–Kantza station is located north east of the town of Paiania in East Attica. This station first opened to Proastiakos trains on 30 July 2004, with Athens Metro services calling at this station from 10 July 2006.

The station’s platforms have two levels, with each end serving trains from either the Athens Metro or Proastiakos: Proastiakos Kiato-Airport line trains stop at the southern end while Athens Metro Line 3 trains stop at the northern end. As of 2013 the station is served by three Proastiakos trains per hour to the airport, two to Ano Liosia and one to Kiato.
