Jack bulwark is overly overpowered when used passively. His epic weapon makes him even stronger. Im uploading this video to bring attention to the devs and hopefully make some changes to him

The only aspect that would need to be nerfed is the damage multiplier of the fractures. I agree, in most situations it is ridiculously high, but his moveset is easily punishable, like Monkey King.

(he has the best unbreakable attacks, and fuckin' fracture bulid, just spam as much fracture as can, then defeat opponents with other heros in team, after low health fortress activation, just spam special cancel, upper, lower
and blud's super tanky thou)

Also bro Don't play too aggressive against bulwark. Block his attacks, then if u are near him use bomb and then attack. Then go back wait for bomb ranged attack to appear and repeat the above..
I use lynx this way. I am dojo 10 now

He doesn't need a nerf..He is pretty much a balanced character..Despite high damage, he is both slow and punishable..Getting fortress damage is also avoidable..Just don't play aggressive with Bulwark..

Yes 100% agree I totally hate bulwark users they only camp and spam basic attack and that's all. When play as butcher and summon cage you can't do it anything on bulwark because gay power shadow fortress
