I was having an issue choosing a new commander, especially on that didn't feel overused. In this list, I picked commanders that had under 400 decks but mostly under 200 on edhrec and were still really strong. It got me thinking what other commanders may I have missed. Please, let me know in the comments below!

Thank you, for giving me your time and getting to over 1k views. I appreciate the feedback and have tried to show off some of the new improvements in this and every video.

Nice video! I have Balthor collecting dust, and haven’t given it a 2nd glance. Now I’m going to dig to see if I have Iname too, that extra win-con with Mortal Combat looks spicy too

Lots of fun here! Well-made video for a small channel. Something for Horobi: Bloodthirsty Blade. One mana to shoot down your opponents' creatures, and keep the biggest thing away from you if Horobi isn't out. Side note: the Elder Gargaroth myriad tokens don't get the attack trigger, since they're created after the time has passed. They're still massive, though.

You know what, I made cephalid tribal deck with Aboshan Cephalid Emperor as the commander. I would sometimes swap out for llawan if I was playing against a bunch of blue decks. I pulled the deck apart a while ago but now that you just introduced me to some of the cards llawan can use I’m a little interested in getting it going again.

Woah i have never seen Sakiko before. Definitly building a green stompy with that eventually. Great video man, thanks for making it.

I saw that blue commander last week in a list of tribal commanders and thought that the ability was very limited and kind of useless but now with your video I need to build that deck!

I always find myself playing around with chandra's ignition as a wincon where possible, but wow doing 100 damage to everyone would be a pretty sick play.

Loved it! Try to use fewer edits in future videos, and you're gonna go far my friend!

Gargoroth unfortunately doesn’t get triggers off the blade of selves tokens since they are already attacking

He was pretty popular early on in the format but I don't see much of him anymore but one of my favorites to run is Kresh, The Bloodbraided with a sacrifice theme.

Horobi is bad ass. I use him in my red / black deck that has goblin bombardment and Yawgmoth. Ping off opponent's creatures for gain. And I usually have Dictate of Erebos in play so they lose more creatures.

I just sleeved a Belbe deck today - someone at my LGS fired off with one during a CEDH match and did surprisingly well. Mine is nicer, but I'm excited to try it.

Spicy take keep it coming patch commander. How does a person get started in magic cards?

I own Thromok, and it isn’t as good when I have a limited card pool and budget. I do want to make a token deck though. Horobi is too easy to make a budget deck, and it is too easy to shut down equipment decks. I haven’t used or owned the rest, so I can’t comment on them. Also, Jhoira of the Ghitu. I have made a deck around her, never seen anyone else use her, and you could get lucky and have a turn 5 eldrazi Titan, void winnower, or desolation twin. Plus, it’s basically paying two mana to cheat things and counts as a cast. My version could use some bounces, but it is overall quite effective.
