I’m in South Carolina. Your videos have been life changing for me. I’m 68. Five months ago I cut out sugar, started reading labels, cutting back on carbs, walking & doing your videos & arm weights. I’ve lost 20 lbs. My Dr. said I don’t need to lose anymore, but I will always be doing these lifestyle changes! I feel so much better!
