Complement Essential is a science-backed multivitamin packed with Vitamin B12 and other essential nutrients such as omega-3s DHA & EPA, vitamins D3 and K2, iodine, zinc, magnesium, and selenium.
Force breeding, force feeding of man made feed, forced imprisonment in overcrowded cages, mutilations, gassing are natural? Someone please explain.

I suffered severe vitamin D deficiency, iron deficiency anaemia and B12 deficiency whilst omnivore. I'm now vegan and yes, I take supplements. Like I did before!

When someone comes at me with this argument I have an answer that never makes people start a discussion. Maybe it’s just nice people but: I only take vitamin D and B12. Vitamin D deficiency is something many people have, especially in the northern hemisphere. And the lack of B12 happens because of our unnatural lifestyles. It’s produced by microorganisms in the soil and if we’d live in sync with nature and grow vegetables without pesticides and in a soil that hasn’t been destroyed by monocultures, well, maybe we’d be fine then. And like you said — the B12 in animal products is supplemented for the animals because they have no chance of getting it naturally.

Thanks for everything you do for the animals Ed ❤

A voice for the voiceless, thank you 💚💚💚💚

Another good source of B12 is Marmite. Although there are probably some people who would find the dog turds more appetising.

The amount of supplement sild is enormous.
So obviously vegans aren't the only people taking them.
Thank you for your great channel💚

My argument, yes I take a supplement pill everyday not a life. Which is worse?

I don't need to take supplements and I'm doing just fine eating plant-based food. As long as I eat the proper balanced meal I can be as healthy as anyone. Too many people are disconnecting their moral compass on knowing right from wrong and so they just go along with everyone else because to make a ripple in the water so to speak even if it's the truth is scary for most people. I find that standing up for the truth even if it means you lose people you thought were your friends is worth it because the truth will always Prevail in the end and those who did not believe or want to hear it in the beginning will soon come to terms with it.

Your points are perfect, but I think that activism and advertisement shouldn't go together.

Thank you for your hard work for continuously fighting for the innocent animals.

non vegans would gladly take a supplement if it means they get to continue to eat steaks, bacon or fried chicken

If eating meat is natural, why do humans need to cook it?

Why are there so many non-vegan supplements? I guess non-vegans have to take a lot of them?

Hey Ed, it would probably be beneficial to do a lengthy video about the controversy regarding a vegan diet and supplements. That way you can showcase whether or not it is really true that a vegan diet is unnatural and therefore needs supplements.
I think that would help your standing here by supporting the company, because the vegan community is looking to you to help us stand our ground.
Please try to be sure to address the topic in full on its own - not only whist doing a paid sponsorship!
I think it will also help to keep the focus on the facts more as well and less on the possibility of having sold out for a company. (Which I’m certainly fully confident that you have not, by the way).
