Life is celebrated with food, death is memorialized with food, and every experience in between is brought together with the tastes, smells, and experiences of food. I worked as an artisan baker for years and with flour it changes all the time depending on time of the year for moisture content but i never thought about it being the same with butter and i used a lot of butter for croisants and sweets lol butter master opened my eyes.
