Punjab Governor Banwarilal Purohit has turned down the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government's demand for a special session of the assembly to introduce a confidence motion. The Governor has withdrawn the order to summon a special session of the Punjab assembly on September 22. His decision has triggered a massive point-counterpoint between all the major political parties in the state -- AAP, BJP, Congress and Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD).

Good you went to court, what is the problem if 5-10% MLAs show no trust vote then engineer it from your own party and get eligible for trust vote. Any way it is a politics of trust vote. Aaam ADAmi has all right spend public money on Sessions
