There's a rule in the LCS that states that during a game pause, the teams are not allowed to communicate about the game, like what they're gonna do next, where the enemy jungler could be and similar, they can either sit silent or talk about something non-related to the current ongoing game.

This is for every1 that dont know what happened.
During a game, GGU paused it and started talking about the game, what they were gonna do etc. That is against the rules and therefore they got punished with one less ban.

I'm pretty sure it was because GGU were late by like 30 mins, because I watched it live, and their punishment was 2 bans instead of 3.

yes dont u know that signs "paused game for 20mins" its only in lcs, for example if someone's mouse doesnt work, or keyboard or headset or pc! or if someone dc'es without a reason they pause the game FOR ALL PLAYERS and its forbidden to talk while this pause

You're not allowed to pause the game and discuss game tactics from the pause. They did that so they lost their first ban.

It's really rare to see anyone play teemo in the lcs. Mostly because he's very squishy
