Good message. I average about 2-3 times a year when something happens in politics, global affairs, cyber hacking, leaked virus from bio-weapons lab, etc. when I THANK GOD that I have some assets "off the grid".

I like your optimism with silver. I hope you are right!

AMEN! Preach it Brother Louie. Semi-retired (only working 7 days a week now) still stacking. I gave up wine, women, and song. It was the worst 10 minutes of my life.

you are right but the only thing i would add don't stop living now so you can save for retirement. getting old sucks. by my age (62) i have had 6 of my friends die and i lost 90% of my vision to a stroke in my eyes. if you do become disabled like myself you will learn how people you thought were your friends will no longer have anything to do with you. if i had things to do over i would never help anyone ever again because the minute you need help they all vanish.

I just turned 65 and with the help from my late Scottish wife we/I owe no on anything. My small pensions will keep the roof shingled and the car insured. We never cared about the Jones's and their toys or any other bit of bling. I will never be a rich man but I have worked hard for what I have and I can now appreciate the years that made the calluses that protect me today. The stack will assure if anything happens the hedge is there. Otherwise those in my will can benefit from my work. Love those Libertads eh bud.

Lots of great advice Louie. Especially the flipping advice. Now if we can only get APMEX to quit tampering with the merchandise! 🤣

Just got a few of the King Kong 8 oz Pours from Pit Bullion today...First ever Poured Silver Purchase...Expensive but I really like the design...Sold one 2018 1oz reverse proof Libertad the other day for $3150.00 and also my 2021 Gold Gods of Olympus Zeus for $3000.00...also Sold my 2021 Gods of Olympus Antiqued Zeus 5 oz coin for $1399.99 and a few of my Gods of Olympus 5 oz BU for $450.00 a piece...Also I sold a custom antiqued Queens Beast set for $975.00 they were all problem coins that I converted and made into a nice set with the Queens beast 10 coin display box...Biggest week I have ever had selling...I think I did around $13, 000.00...Picked up 2 Gold Krugerrands to replace the Gold ounces sold and then bought a bunch of 100 gram scottsdale silver cast bars(15 of them) and the King Kongs to add to the stack(5 of them)...Also got a few more Germania Kilos(2 of them)...And some Constitutional from the LCS($40 Face Quarters and Franklin Halfs)...Figure with premiums this high might as we'll get some stuff that at least looks cool right!!!..It is important to get quality items in the stack...This way it is easy to liquidate, and sometimes, like in my case, you can sell them for huge profits and grow your stack quickly...Even when buying lower premium stuff, we need to choose the better quality items...One day we will be competing in a market to sell in against other sellers...The person with the interesting pieces and variety will sell faster and for a better profit...I look at everything in my stack as a potential item that I will sell in my store...So I like quality items...Even with constitutional, I get coins that are in better condition...I stay away from culls...I recently sent out the rest of my reverse proof gold liberates for conservation at NCS...They had spots on them...Ill let you know how it goes...I hope they can fix them because they are worth a lot right now and in really high demand...Good time to sell them and convert into more ounces of lower premium gold and silver...People are paying crazy premiums for the proofs and reverse proofs...or key dates on the gold libertads...

Bitcoin is property, same as silver, if they end up raising taxes on capital gains, it won’t matter what you’re selling, bitcoin or silver, they will both be taxed at the same rate

Gold/Cash is my "bridge" It will allow your SS, 401K, Roth's to marinate a bit when you start talking about 10% on 2 million dollars, each year of marination is very enticing in terms of returns.
There's a reason your foot fits nicely on your ratios. Life is about ratios.
I think in terms of my silver being soldiers that I will trade at The gold stays for 20+ years.

I'm retired and "own everything, owe nobody, and am miserable". Looking forward to unstacking, and to when I can " own nothing, rent everything, and be happy about it, damnit"
