These haters saying she can’t have anxiety cause she’s rich? Clearly you don’t have any idea what anxiety is. If you have one, then, you would have obviously agree with kendall even if you hate her.

I'm glad she's using her platform to talk about anxiety. Many people think it's not real but it's as real as a heart attack. I can definitely relate to Kendall. There's hope and you can rise above it.
Godspeed.

I don't even like her but anxiety is a huge deal and everyone who's been through it only knows how hard it is. Stay safe.

I saw Kendall tell her mother on the show many many times that she was suffering from severe anxiety and her mother brushed her off. I felt so bad for her and also her little sister had anxiety on the show and told her mom and did not want to be filmed and said she just wanted a normal life, and again her mother just blew it off because you know Kris Jenner likes her green money

It's definitely hard being a 14 year old and dealing with anxiety and other mental health issues, but i always keep telling myself that there are better days to come. If you come across this comment and you are dealing with anxiety, depression, or PTSD. I just want to let you know that everything will be ok. It may not seem like it now but all we can do Is hope that everything will come out good in the end! Much Love to everyone❤❤

I deal with anxiety every single day and it's just a normal thing I deal with every day I know how to deal with it better than when I was 15 thinking I was dying and was suffocating now I just listening to music or do something that keeps my mind busy and refuse to take meds for it

I’m glad she’s using her platform to discuss this as well. Anxiety is VERY REAL. The type I have is GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder). I do not (usually) speak on it due to fear of stigma or being judged. But I feel as if my body/mind have been in flight or fight mode for 20 years. It’s with me constantly. I’ve adapted to it as much as possible, but my voice shakes when I speak, my hands shake all the time, like when you swiping your debit card at the stores or exchange money. It’s embarrassing. I blush & sweat extremely easily, my heart rate is always above 95-100 even resting, I’m ALWAYS anxious. It doesn’t leave. With rapidly racing thoughts, constantly, don’t like to leave the house, have a fear of socializing, insomnia due to the thoughts, an inability to “calm” my brain. The thoughts aren’t even negative, they are just general thoughts, like did I take the trash out today? Do I have to cook tonight? What am I gonna make? Am I gonna have to go to the store? Where is that shirt I washed last week? Where am I gonna be in 5 years? What am I doing with my life? Now add 100 more questions, and put them on an ever-repeating loop in your mind, and tell me how well you function in an environment that is heavily based on socialization lol.

Nonetheless, I have somehow managed an elite law firm for 7 years, I have a strong relationship, a nice car, and nice apartment, financially stable, etc. From the outside, my life looks great. Although I experience this everyday, I’ve refused to let it define me, or keep me from getting to where I want to be. I have still found success, the days are just harder.

Although it’s taxing and I am indescribably and chronically exhausted, eating clean, exercising, making smarter lifestyle choices, building solid relationships with my close/loved ones, having a support system, and simply acknowledging the fact that it’s okay that I have anxiety has helped me immensely.

I hope everyone out there who is going through similar things realizes that there are a lot of us out here experiencing similar struggles. We are not alone, and regardless of everything, I am proud, confident, and happy to be me. 💖🤜🏼🎉

Also on KUWTK, she also talked about how she suffered from sleep paralysis which really worsened her anxiety.

I had anxiety attack in the beginning of covid19 crisis in my hospital in NYC. It’s hard to breath, chest congestion, feels dizzy and pain in my upper back. I thought I will die but we manage it and hopefully it will end soon and never comes back again.

Anxiety is tough.. Meditation during anxiety is tougher but probably one of the best solutions if accomplished... Life without anxiety and being able to meditate would be pretty Zen too...
