Ingredients:
Dosa Batter
Ghee
Onion - 2 Nos
Red Chilli - 12 Nos
Tomato - 2 Nos
Garlic Cloves
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Oil
Mustard Seeds - 1 Tsp
Curry Leaves
Method:
1. To a mixer jar, add onions, chillies, tomatoes, garlic cloves,
salt and grind it without adding water. Grind it finely and keep
it aside.
2. Now heat oil in a wide pan and add mustard seeds and
curry leaves.
3. Once the mustard seeds start crackling, add onion and
tomato mixture and cook for ten minutes or till it raw smell
goes.
4. Once done, Keep the cooked onion tomato masala in a
bowl.
5.Now heat a dosa tawa and spread the dosa batter nice and
thin.
6. When the dosa is lightly cooked, add ghee to the edges and
add some onion tomato masala on the top of the dosa.
7. Pour more ghee on the sides and to the top of the dosa.
8. Once the dosa is cooked on one side, turn and cook on the
other side.
9. Once it is done on both sides, remove it from the tawa and
transfer to a plate.
10. Delicious Spicy Ghee karam dosa is ready to be served
nice and hot with the chutney of your choice.
