It’s literally just a balisong. The “Gravity knife” And “Folding knife” definitions both apply to balisongs so it’s oxymoronic to say all three. Definitely illegal for me to carry in my state, but I wouldn’t EDC that thing even if they payed me to.

“Boarder line illegal in all 50 states” is a huge stretch to say the least. Butterfly knifes, switchblades, and gravity knives are all legal in most states so long as you aren’t a convicted felon. Sure there are a few states that vary but with butterfly knifes for example, they’re only illegal (outright) in 3 states.
