LoL - Bugs: No CD on Vi´s Q with Improved Recall

Vi's Q gets refreashed when you hit recall button while channeling her Q, this works only if you have improved recall in your masteries spec'd in

[OrphanGaming]

as many times as you please, i just used the Q afterwards just to prove its not a visual text bug
