While Rewind (inferior copy if I'm not mistaken) is what saved All for One from defeat, I think it will also lead to his undoing.

Quite literally since every time he uses it, he might Rewind himself to an earlier point in time where he haven't stolen a specific Quirk yet. Kinda like what happened to Dusk Taker's Skill Steal from the anime Accel World, where after repeated exposure to a time reversal skill inevitably caused his most recent stolen skill to be returned to its original owner, which in turn led to his very satisfying defeat.
