Everyone’s wondering how on earth Kurt didn’t notice he wasn’t in his Warbler uniform.
1) Kurt would have spent a lot of the summer with Blaine, who was probably wearing outfits like this a lot, so since he likely got used to seeing Blaine dressed like this it didn’t immediately occur to him that anything was unusual.

Honestly, Blaine just glows in this scene. He looks so handsome and adorable! Don’t even get me started on his gorgeous eyes that hold so much love and expression. His amazing hair, while it’s still gelled, is loose and you can see his cute curls. And his outfit with his signature bow tie, his primary colors, and his cargo pants! He acts like an excited puppy the entire encounter, I just can’t even.
