Every meat product is determined by pre cook weight not cook weight. A 6oz steak is not gonna be 6oz weight cooked, and it’s done that way because cook weight will always fluctuate depending on prep, cook method, amount of fat verses muscle, and other factors

As a former McDonald's worker I can tell you it does weigh a quarter of a pound but it does so before Nobody was lied....to you just need to do a little bit more research before you decide to spread misinformation 😂
