I would like someone to compare and contrast the German and Japanese cultures during this time. In other words, the soldier culture and warrior culture, respectively. Maybe even compare them to how extremely different Italy was and is.

The internal competition exists even in democracies with FBI, CIA, state and city departments along with numerous other alphabet agencies not wanting to share information between each other or work on a case together. Interservice rivalries are pretty common actually. They also happened in Soviet Union.

1 Japan wasn’t fascist they were militarist.

2 towards the end of the war Germany had many of the same tight centralized controls as the Soviets did.

and today we are supposed to support certain politicians because the newspapers they paid said "they are on the good side of history".

This is such a useless comparison if you don’t look at what’s happening in democracies. The US legal system pretty much passes laws independently of popular support all the time. Intelligence agencies have gone route and illegally spied or detained US citizens several times. Corporations like Disney buy their own towns and affect politics independently of popular support. Calling Germany out for factionalism but failing to mention this is weak. The fact that they still had a any government at all by April 1945 shows a remarkable unified will as a country.

Soviet Russia or Soviet Union?
because Soviet Russia was within USSR
and USSR consisted of Soviet Russia and others

Idk, to my knowledge fascist Italy wasn’t like that

I would argue the opposite was true, the problem with the Italian military during WWII was actually excessive centralisation.

I remember back in the day those CnC campaigns where there was always some rebellion in Red Team, once I reached adulthood I thought it was a bit unrealistic, then, we all know how things rolled some days ago.

Honestly, fascism doesn't sound so bad.

If you think that the Soviets just did whatever they were commanded to even if it was obviously self-destructive then you've never met a Russian.

They might have done it if they had a gun pointed at them, which was frequently the case, but I've never seen anyone as dismissive of the rules as Russians and other Slavic peoples.

i think said command structures were just reused from their predecessors, it's not necessarily ideological

This feels more like a propaganda video. How would a country such as that take over half of Europe?

Meanwhile modern day democratic Italy still has to rely on the houses created in that period. Sorry, but as an American lol bert, this is out of your depth.

Error, Japan and Germany where not fascist countries. Nazism and Japanese Imperialism are not forms of fascism.

If German leaders could disobey Hitler's orders why didn't they when the war turned bad. There were times when a simple retreat might of saved lives and they could of regrouped.
