Petri Style Resin Diamonds with Copic Inks

I will attempt a second video where I will show how to coat the diamonds with a 2nd coat of resin. The molds are not shiny so they leave the diamonds matte and semi-matte.

***Safety is another topic I will be talking about soon in a video, but until then, I recommend everyone to wear a respirator, nitrile gloves, an apron or lab coat, and use resin in a separate room from the living areas and well ventilated so that your family members and pets don't breathe the paints and resin while it's curing.

I’ve just discovered your channel and am loving it! I’m a bit confused though. I thought art resin was a coating resin not a casting resin? Isn’t there a danger of it overheating if it’s poured so thick?
