In Kurt Vonneguts book Player Piano one character who worked as a barber kept having nightmares about a machine that could cut hair. He kept having the nightmare until he could imagine all the parts of it, and eventually invented it himself, making a load of money but putting himself out of a job. Kind of feel a lot of people are going to be channeling that character soon, probably the thing to work on is something that can do your job because you know all the details about what needs to be done.

Hey Wes. Great job with the channel. I was at the conference and saw this first hand. The thing that they did not really get into is real business use cases. I would have loved to see how they would use AI to create contracts, generate invoice, make payments etc. We have been working on this stuff for a long time and I think their announcement was great but we need to see it in REAL use by real businesses.

GPTs + Zapier = AI powered orchestration that businesses can use instead of conventional IT Ops tools (like Event management tools agregating monitoring tools). Home Automation could be done in the same way; This is Microsofts opportunity to take advantage of this and leapfrog Google Home and Amazon Alexa to become a third player in the home automation market (including music streaming). Lots of possibilities.

This sort of thing is going to put in-house on company's website. How long before twitter just adds that kind of feature, so whenever you go to post this feature pops up and asks you if you want to maximize engagement?

Twitter would be able to internally delay the time for the post to be made (well, it wouldn't be hard for them to add this feature), so there would be no need for autonomous function calling within the model.

This is going to happen across the board. So another example, when you try to sell on ebay or amazon or etsy or whatever this feature will pop-up that asks you if you want AI to refine your post, automate tags for you and post it at an optimal time. Hopefully also, soon, you will be able to just upload ever photo you took of an item and it will be able to automatically choose the best ones and crop them most effectively so you don't have to bother.

Sites like this could add a subscription fee for the service, or just supply it to everyone for free and charge a higher selling fee. But in any case i hope sites get onto this tech fast, and they really should do.

Another idea that may happen soon: When you go to buy anything there will be browser plugins that will automatically scour the internet for the best price, potentially even haggle with sellers for you on your behalf, recommend to potentially wait if it's likely the price will soon be reduced in a sale or whatever. Then finally buy it for you when the price is best, as determined by you that a purchase should be made. Websites would have to allow these kinds of bots in and cater to them, otherwise they'd be losing out too much on all the customers that want to use this kind of thing (which could soon be just about everybody, because why wouldn't you?). They could also maybe even pass on the cost of a user running this bot onto the seller, so a user could check a box that only purchases from sellers that do this. So users could effectively run this bot for free. Sellers would be forced into doing this if they wished to maintain themselves in the market.
