For those all confused by the 100+ FPS and asking if he was on Max settings, ... if this was 3440x2160 instead of 3440x1440 he would be at around 60-70 FPS. Simply check the other 2080 ti Crysis 4k. videos.

Watch Dogs 2 Max graphics preset i dont remember if it was very high or ultra just max graphics preset by ubisoft 1440p ;)
Custem and all max will murder your gpu so just ubisoft's max preset ;)
