Yeah me too. I got a sand bottle attachment and there is literally no info from mgi on where it attaches. From the image it seems to clip into something that is meant to be where i just have a square hole??

What is the life of the battery, more like how many charges it gets? Do you need to buy a new batter, say, after 2 years?

J'aurais très apprécié avoir les instructions en français . Il ne faut pas oublier que nous vivons au Québec, et notre langue première est le français. Vous auriez pu nous les traduire

So you MUST remove the battery from the buggy BEFORE it can be charged, REALLY?

The small non-replaceable remote control battery loses charge and is completely useless after just one year. You guys wants $200 to replace it. Ridiculous

Hello,
I have just purchased this electric trolley... 2 hours of test... and this is a disaster.
The weak point very serious is the little 5th wheel ... in plastic not in metal the support miss 5 cm also (as mentioned in the video... And the clip to block the wheel is ridiculous 0.5 cm inside a plastic bar... Not good at all ... I will oblige to do this items in metal and build a custom made metal steel 8 cm + 2 security pins... Sorry but the wheel in slope is ejected and the trolley falls all the time.... ridiculous.
And also the general balance of the trolley with bag is not good... Too much weight in front the trolley with the batterry position and position of the bag on the trolley.... too match exactly on the weak point the little 5th wheel... Terrific ... Because I have these remarks in a test of 2 hours.... Sorry this a bad product with these balance problems.... I will do the modification myself for the wheel and see the final result. I will keep you informed.

Perhaps MGI technical people can help me to fix this serious mess and concerns on this trolley?
This key element, the 5 th wheel is not operational: 3 concerns
- Wheel 2 bars is too short we need 5 cm more to have a better balance.
- The 2 bars are in plastic... This not solid and serious for the balance and the robustness of the trolley
- the security clip is 0.5 cm not solid... We need a 10 centimeters steel bar to be solid and avoid ... always ejection in slope. And at this moment all the bag and trolley fall...
