Only the Andrews Sisters sound like The Andrews Sisters. What is remarkable, they didn't spend 3 months in the studio for a song as is common today. They rehearsed it, then went into the studio to record it probably spending no more than a day if not a few hours.

Chuckles..

The Andrew Sisters performing 'That's the Moon My Son' in 'Private Buckaroo' Universal Pictures, 1942 Donald O'Conner (Singing In the Rain, Frances the Talking Mule), Harry James & his Orchestra ( ain't She Sweet, Hernando's Hideaway, Flight of the Bumblebee), Shemp Howard (The Three Stooges. Mo's brother)

The song is "That's The Moon My Son" from 1942, not 41. But beautiful colonization.

Continuity error...The sisters on each side of Patty are in the wrong spots during the trumpet solo lol
