I was listening to this earlier, and I was thinking "bones into armies and seas into highways" came when people spoke to the situations. Moses spoke to the seas as the LORD told him to and *then* they turned into a highway for the Israelites. The LORD did the miracle, but the person had to speak. The dry bones became an army when Ezekiel spoke to the bones as the LORD told him to, and again, the LORD did the miracle, but the person had to speak the words.
Mourning to dancing, beauty for ashes, and shame into glory are the LORD's doing, but other situations we need to step into and speak to for Him to move. Let us walk in the authority of the Name of Christ Jesus (our awesome Lord), and speak to situations and see the LORD's hand move :)
